After 17 years as a police officer in Toronto and 12 years instructing at the Ontario Police College, Chuck retired in 2010 to become a Professor at Sheridan College. He volunteers with Scouts Canada, receiving Scouts Canada’s highest award, the Silver Wolf. Chuck holds a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology, a Certificate in Public Administration, and a Diploma in Adult Education. Upon receiving his Master of Arts in Leadership from the University of Guelph, Chuck was awarded the Distinguished Graduate Research Award.
