As a lifelong educator and leader, Ugette has built a strong and dynamic range of leadership development skills. During her tenor as the Head of School at Kawartha Montessori School, Ugette developed exceptional skills in communications, engagement, and strategic problem solving, focusing on the growth of schools and outdoor education.  Ugette is currently completing her Master of Arts in Leadership through Royal Roads University.
